Job Description:

We are seeking a performance-driven Amazon Marketplace Ads & Sales Expert to manage, optimize, and scale our product sales on Amazon. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Amazon advertising (sponsored ads), sales growth strategies, and end-to-end campaign management. You will be responsible for planning and executing ad strategies that drive visibility, conversions, and profitability.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Amazon Ads Management:
Plan, execute, and optimize Sponsored Product, Sponsored Brand, and Sponsored Display ad campaigns.
Manage budgets, ACoS, RoAS targets, and daily performance tracking.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to improve campaign effectiveness.
Sales Growth & Strategy:
Develop strategies to increase sales, ranking, and overall visibility of the brand/products on Amazon.
Monitor ASIN performance, conversions, CTR, and customer behavior trends.
Work on pricing strategies, promotions, and deals to maximize sales.
Listing Optimization:
Coordinate with the catalog team to ensure SEO-friendly listings with relevant keywords, titles, and bullet points.
Continuously audit and improve product pages, A+ content, and images.
Analytics & Reporting:
Use Amazon Brand Analytics, Ads Console, and external tools to derive insights.
Provide weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Track and report key KPIs including sales trends, ACoS, TACoS, CTR, and conversion rates.
Collaboration:
Coordinate with content, design, and inventory teams to ensure ad-readiness.
Work with finance and operations for forecast alignment and profitability tracking.
