1. Managing business for Modern Trade & Quick Commerce channels
2. Responsible to deliver Primary & Secondary business growth and maintain the P&L of assigned channel
3. Making Business plans and strategies for assigned accounts in sync with the department HOD
4. Must be able understand the operating model of MT & QC and & leverage platform insights to refine assortment and identify emerging trends
5. Drive sales volume, visibility, and share of shelf across stores
6. Responsible for managing account wise discounting, consumer promos, reconciliation and settlements
7. Negotiate annual business plans, TOTs (Terms of Trade), and JBP (Joint Business Plans)
8. Monitoring activities, products and services of competitors and updating the management about the same
9. Reviewing monthly, quarterly and yearly sale of the assigned accounts/channel and coming up with required plan of action
10. Optimize product listings, pricing, and delivery SLAs to enhance customer experience and GMV
11. Share Market review/feedback of new products and services with HOD and other departments
12. Attending weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly meeting/reviews of the company
13. Keeping up to date about company products, services and schemes and updating the channel partners about the same
14. Ability to quickly understand the operating business model, product range, market and competition
15. Must be open to travel for monthly or quarterly meetings with MT & QC Partners
16. Keeping the AR at a healthy level and consistent effort to reduce outstanding
17. Coordinating between Head office Team and Channel Partners and get the issues sorted out quickly
18. Coordination with all departments as and when required to get the work done smoothly and efficiently
19. Monitoring discounts, updating catalogue, prices issue must be taken care
