Key Responsibilities:

Consumables Procurement:
Source and procure consumable materials required for production and office use.
Evaluate vendor quotations and negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
Maintain optimum inventory levels of consumables to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.
Logistics Coordination:
Coordinate with suppliers and transporters to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Track and manage inbound and outbound logistics, including documentation (GRN, DC, etc.).
Resolve logistics issues like shipment delays, damage, or discrepancies.
Procurement Software Management:
Enter and maintain accurate data in procurement or ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Zoho, Tally, etc.).
Generate purchase orders, GRNs, and vendor payment schedules.
Ensure all entries are audit-compliant and up to date.
Vendor Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers.
Assess supplier performance on quality, delivery, and cost parameters.
Cost Optimization & Reporting:
Support in cost-saving initiatives through vendor consolidation or alternative sourcing.
Prepare reports on purchase activities, consumption trends, and vendor performance.
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure adherence to company policies and procurement procedures.
Maintain proper documentation for audits and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
Experience: 3–5 years in purchase/procurement, preferably in consumables or logistics.
Skills:
Proficiency in procurement/ERP software.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Knowledge of inventory control and vendor evaluation.
Familiarity with logistics and supply chain processes.

Preferred:

Experience working in manufacturing, FMCG, or service sectors.
Certification in supply chain or procurement (like CSCP, CPP, etc.).
