  • Accurate booking of Sales Orders (SO) and Purchase Orders (PO) in ERP.
  • Validation of entries with supporting documents (customer PO, vendor confirmations).
Marketplace & Logistics Coordination
  • Timely coordination with marketplace partners (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) for orders.
  • Scheduling and monitoring full-truck-load (FTL) deliveries with logistics partners.
Finance Coordination
  • Daily submission of sales records to finance.
  • Monthly submission of purchase, sales, and logistics data in reconciled format.
Data Management & Reporting
  • Maintain updated Excel trackers for orders, deliveries, and settlements.
  • Ensure accuracy of data submitted for audits and MIS.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and order documentation for internal tracking.
